TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Michael M. Mihm on 5/12/2026. Plaintiff filed a Petition to Proceed in forma pauperis #4 that indicates she does not receive any income from any source. Plaintiff's trust fund ledgers indicate that she received approximately $2,800.00 in regularly occurring deposits from more than 8 individuals outside the prison in the six months preceding this lawsuit. Plaintiff's trust fund ledgers disclose a balance of $1,335.59. See #5 . The Court finds that Plaintiff is not indigent for purposes of 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1915. Plaintiff's Petition to Proceed in forma pauperis #4 is DENIED. Plaintiff shall pay the $405.00 filing fee in full within 21 days of this Order. Failure to do so will result in dismissal of this case without prejudice. (SAG)
