TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Sara Darrow on May 29, 2026. Self-represented Plaintiff Tiffany T. Jackson-Harris #1 sues Defendant Holiday Inn Express & Suites for employment discrimination on the basis of race and color. Plaintiff #2 moves to proceed in forma pauperis ("IFP") pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(1). She submitted an affidavit signed under penalty of perjury which demonstrates that she is unable to pay the costs of the proceeding. See #2 IFP Mot. 15. Her #2 motion to proceed IFP, therefore, is GRANTED. The Court will request a waiver of service from Defendant Holiday Inn Express & Suites. To request a waiver from a corporation, partnership, or association, the Court must address and send the request "to an officer, a managing or general agent, or any other agent authorized by appointment or by law to receive service of process" for the corporation, partnership, or association. Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(d)(1)(A)(ii). Plaintiff is DIRECTED to provide by June 18, 2026, the name and address of an officer or agent to whom the Court may address the request for waiver of service. (BL)
