Filing 126 MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order; Defendants Bennett's and Wilson's motion to dismiss 102 is granted. Defendants Oswald's and Saladino's motion to dismiss 107 is denied. Count IX of the Second Amended Complaint is dismissed a nd defendants Bennett and Wilson are dismissed from this action. References to the Illinois Appellate Defender contained in paragraphs 54 and 55 of the Second Amended Complaint are stricken.
