Filing 25 WRITTEN Opinion: Before the Court is Plaintiff's supplemental motion to approve alternative service pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(e)(1), which was filed on 7/2/10. For the reason stated below, the supplemental motion is denied wi thout prejudice and Plaintiff's nearly identical original motion to approve alternative service, filed on 3/4/10, is denied as moot.
