Grady: A hearing was held today on plaintiff's motion to compel the corporate defendants to produce the addresses of the individual defendants so that plaintiff can serve them. One of the arguments raised by the corporate defendants in their response to plaintiff's motion is that their motion to dismiss for improper venue is pending. It is the court's view that the addresses of the individual defendants will be appropriate subject matter for discovery by plaintiff no matter where the venue of the case is ultimately established. Therefore, plaintiff's motion 25 is granted, and defendants Viacom Inc. and MTV Networks are ordered to produce the addresses of the individual defendants to plaintiff no later than November 24, 2010. Plaintiff shall serve the individual defendants no later than December 31, 2010.
