The trust fund officer at Merritte's place of confinement is ordered to collect the initial partial filing fee of $14.62 and, once the amount is collected, to immediately transfer the funds to the Clerk of the Court of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois at 219 S. Dearborn St., Chicago, Illinois 60604, attn: Cashier's Desk, 20th Floor. The Clerk of this Court is directed to serve a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of confinement. In addition, the Clerk of this court should notify this court when such amount is collected in order for this court in turn to notify the Seventh Circuit of the payment and comply with that court's order.
