The Clerk shall send a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at Stateville Correctional Center. However, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 19 15A, the Court dismisses the complaint. This case is terminated. Plaintiff's motions for appointment of counsel [#4] is denied as moot. Plaintiff remains responsible for the filing fee.
