The Clerk is directed to: (1) terminate Defendants Sheriff Dart and Salvador Godinez; (2) issue summons for service on Defendant Correctional Officer McDonald; and (3) send Plaintiff a Magistrate Judge Consent Form, Instructio ns for Submitting Documents, and a copy of this order.
