Plaintiff, a former Account Executive at Defendant Groupon, Inc., alleged that Defendant had "paid non-exempt Account Executives on a salary basis, without the payment of any overtime wages for the time they worked in excess of forty (40) hours" or "paid Account Executives overtime wages but paid overtime at an incorrectly low rate" based on the Account Executive's regular, straight-time hourly rate of pay instead of including the amount of commissions earned by Account Executives.
