Filing 7 WRITTEN Opinion entered by the Honorable Sharon Johnson Coleman on 12/7/2011: Plaintiff's motion for leave to sue or defend as a poor person [to proceed in forma pauperis] 3 is granted. The Court assesses an initial partial filing fee of $ ;3.20. The Court authorizes and directs the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of confinement to deduct the initial filing fee and to continue making deductions in accordance with this order. The Clerk shall send a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at the Stateville Correctional Center. However, summonses shall not issue at this time. The Court appoints Faye B. Feinstein of Quarles & Brady LLP, 300 N. LaSalle St., Chicago, Illinois 60654, 312-715-5000, to represent Plaintiff in accordance with counsel's trial bar obligations under the District Court's Local Rule 83.37. The complaint on file is dismissed without prejudice to appointed counsel filing an amended complaint within 60 days if the amended complaint c omports with appointed counsel's obligations under Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Plaintiff's motion for a temporary restraining order and a preliminary injunction 4 is denied without prejudice.
