WRITTEN Opinion entered by the Honorable Matthew F. Kennelly on 12/3/2012:For the reasons stated below, the Court grants defendants' motion to dismiss in part and denies it in part # 22 . Specifically, the Court dismisses plaintiff's Ti tle VII claim but declines to dismiss her claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1981(a) and 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The Court also directs the Clerk to add Cook County as a defendant. By separate order, the Court will appoint counsel to represent plaintiff.
