ENTER MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: the Court grants in part and denies in part Omnicare's motion to dismiss 28 . The Court grants the motion with respect to Omnicare's jurisdictional arguments pertaining to the conduct described as &qu ot;Forgiveness of Accounts Receivable" and Improper Discounts for Pharmaceutical Services and denies the motion in all other respects. Inthe event that Plaintiff-Relator believes, consistent with legal authority and Rule 11 concerns, that he can cure the deficiencies identified, Plaintiff is given 21 days in which to amend his complaint as to his claim for "Improper Discounts for Pharmaceutical Services."
