The amended complaint is stricken and this case is dismissed. Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis in this case [ 6 ] is granted and the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of confin ement is directed to make deductions from Plaintiff's account in accordance with this order.
