MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order. Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment 31 is granted in part and denied in part. Because Travelers and Illinois National should split the $250,000 defense costs equally, the court hereby enters judgment in favor of Illinois National against Travelers in the amount of $125,000.
