WRITTEN Opinion entered by the Honorable Samuel Der-Yeghiayan on 6/28/2012:For the reasons stated below, Petitioner's motion to reconsider 10 is denied. Petitioner has also filed pro se motions seeking leave to file instanter additional exh ibits 7 for his Petition 7 , a supplemental Petition 11 , and an amended memorandum of law in support of his Petition 12 . Such motions 7 , 11 , and 12 to supplement are granted. Petitioner having paid the filing fee, Respondent is given until 07/30/12 to answer, move or otherwise plead to Petitioner's petition for writ of habeas corpus. In the event the Respondent answers Petitioner's petition, Petitioner is given until 08/30/12 to file his reply in further support of hi s petition. Should Respondent move to dismiss, Petitioner is given until 08/30/12 to file his response and Respondent is given until 09/06/12 to file his reply in further support of his motion to dismiss. Petitioner's motion for leave to file a memorandum in supp ort of his Petition 5 is granted. Petitioner's motion to file Habeas Corpus petition under previously paid filing fee 3 is denied. Petitioner brought a new action in filing the instant Petition, and it is incumbent on him to pay a new fil ing fee if he wants to proceed in this new action.
