Filing 55 MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order. The Court grants in part and denies in part defendants' motion for summary judgment. The motion is granted as to: (1) all claims asserted against the unidentified officers, who are dismissed from this suit; (2) the Count VII and IX conspiracy claims; (3) and the Count X respondeat superior claim asserted against the City, which is dismissed from this suit. The only claims remaining in this suit are the false arrest, supervisory liability, equal protection, and failure to intervene claims asserted against Schield in Counts II-VI.
