MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order signed by the Honorable Edmond E. Chang. For the reasons stated in the Opinion, Plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment 96 is denied. But the class-certification motion 42 is granted. Plaintiffs shall provide a proposed notice and notice plan to Defendants by 12/29/2014. The parties shall engage in the conferral as described in the Opinion by 01/09/2014. Status hearing of 12/29/2014 is reset to 01/13/2015 at 10 a.m. The parties are encouraged to immediately engage in settlement negotiations again.
