MEMORANDUM Opinion: OneBeacon's motion for summary judgment 50 is granted on Count I as to the City of Zion, granted on Count III in its entirety, and otherwise denied. Count II remains. The Court declares that OneBeacon has a duty to defend the Individual Defendants in the underlying state court lawsuit, but does not have a duty to defend, or indemnify, the City of Zion in that matter.
