California, Chicago, Illinois 60608. Defendant Cook County is dismissed. The clerk shall issue summonses for service on defendant Sheriff Dart and Aramark Food Services and send the plaintiff a Magistrate Judge Consent For m and Instructions for Submitting Documents along with a copy of this order. The United States Marshals Service is appointed to serve all defendants.
