The Court will allow inquiry of plaintiffs into their perceptions about their management duties and production of any resumes they may have created, but will not allow third parties to be subpoenaed having found the relevance of such materials to be far outweighed by the prejudice to plaintiffs resulting from prospective employers learning about their federal wage and hour law suit.
