Plaintiff's complaint is dismissed with prejudice as untimely under the applic able statutes of limitations. Plaintiff's motion for leave to amend his complaint 51 is denied. Defendant Sprint Nextel, Inc.'s and Chezaray Hicks-Jackson's motions to dismiss 37 , 40 are denied without prejudice as moot. This case is closed. July 26, 2012 Opinion or Order Filing 5 WRITTEN Opinion entered by the Honorable Marvin E. Aspen on 7/26/2012: Plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis [ 3 ] is granted. The Court authorizes the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of confinement to deduct & #036;13.83 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk, and to continue making monthly deductions and payments in accordance with this order. The Clerk shall send a copy of this order to the Supervisor of Inmate Trust Fund Accounts, Cook C ounty Dept. of Corrections Administrative Office, Division V, 2700 S. California, Chicago, IL 60608. The Clerk shall also: (1) issue summonses as to Defendants Sprint-Nextel, Inc., Chezaray Hicks-Jackson, Gregory Jackson, and the City of Chicago; (2) add the Federal Bureau of Investigations as a Defendant in this action; and (3) issue summons as to the FBI pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(i)(1), (2), the U.S. Marshal is directed to: (a) deliver a copy of the summons and the complaint on the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois, (b) send a copy of each by registered or certified mail to the Attorney General of the United States at Washington, D.C. and (c) send a copy of each by registered or certified mail to the Federa l Bureau of Investigation at Washington, D.C. Plaintiff's motion for appointment of counsel [ 4 ] is denied without prejudice. The Clerk shall send Plaintiff Instructions for Submitting Documents along with a copy of this order.
