Filing 86 MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order Signed by the Honorable Joan H. Lefkow on 1/29/2014: The Dixmoor defendants' motion to bifurcate the Monell claims against the Village from other claims against individual defendants pursuant to Rule 42(b) is granted , as is their motion to stay trial of the Monell claims against the Village until resolution of other claims against individual defendants. Their motion to stay discovery on the same is granted insofar as such discovery is related exclusively to Mon ell claims. Conversely, their motion to bifurcate the supervisory liability claim in Count IV is denied and discovery related to this claim may proceed. Additionally discovery that relates to both Monell claims and claims against unnamed or individual defendants, including supervisors, may proceed.
