Opinion and Order. The Court grants HSBCs motion for summary judgment 30 . Judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff HSBC and against Defendants Victor Leon and Monica Sanchez in the amount of $173,427.91 for the unpaid balance on the Note, interest in the amount of $19.48 for each day after January 23, 2013, and attorneys fees and costs totaling $2,125.00. The Court will enter a separate Judgment of Foreclosure. Finally, the Court grants HSBCs motion to appoint a special co mmissioner 33 to effectuate the sale of the property, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2001(a). The Court appoints Edward Grossman as special commissioner for the purpose of conducting a public foreclosure sale of the property in accordance with the terms of the Judgment of Foreclosure.
