Filing 80 MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order: For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion and Order, Defendant's motion for summary judgment 52 is denied. Plaintiff's response to Defendant's motion for summary judgment, which is styled as a motion 64 , is stricken as a pending motion, as the Court has already denied Defendant's motion. The Court exercises its discretion to recruit counsel for Plaintiff. The Court requests that Robert John Prendergast, Daley Mohan Gr oble PC, 55 West Monroe Street, Suite 1600, Chicago, IL 60603-5001, represent Plaintiff in accordance with counsel's trial bar obligations under the District Court's Local Rule 83.37 (N.D. Ill.). The Attorney Video Conference Room is now available at both the Chicago and Rockford courthouse. The case is set for status on 5/31/16 at 9:15 a.m. See Order for further details. The Clerk is instructed to issue a summons for service on Defendant Dart. The Clerk shall also se nd plaintiff a Magistrate Judge Consent Form, Amended Civil Rights Complaint Form, and Instructions for Submitting Documents along with a copy of this order. The United States Marshals Service is appointed to serve Defendant Dart. Defendants Cook Cou nty Jail, Cermak Health Services, Dr. Manilla, and Sergenat Konick are dismissed. Plaintiff may only proceed against the Doe defendants in their individual capacity. Plaintiff's official capacity claims are dismissed. Sheriff Dart remains in the case solely so that plaintiff may identify the John and Jane Doe defendants. Plaintiff's motion for reconsdieration (Dkt.
