The court assesses an initial partial filing fee of $10.00. The court directs the trust fund off icer at plaintiff's place of confinement to deduct the initial fee and to continue making deductions in accordance with this order. The clerk shall send a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at the Cook County Jail. Plaintiff's c omplaint is dismissed for failing to state a claim for relief. The dismissal is without prejudice to plaintiff seeking relief in the appropriate state court. The case in this court, however, is closed. The dismissal of this case counts as one of Plaintiff's three allotted dismissals under 82.U.S.C. 1815(g). Mailed notice (tlm)
