Opinion and Order Signed by the Honorable Joan H. Lefkow on 1/2/2014: Defendants' motion to dismiss (dkt. #14) for lack of jurisdiction is granted as to Counts II, III, and IV. Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.'s motion to dis miss Count I is granted with prejudice.
