The dismissal is without prejudice and, if Plaintiff seeks to keep Lemke as a Defendan t, he must file an amended complaint that states a valid claim against him. If the Court receives no amended complaint by February 24, 2014, the Court will consider this case as proceeding against only Dr. Obaisi and Wexford Health Sources, the two remaining Defendants.
