Counts XIV, XV, XVI and XVII are dismissed with prejudice. Counts I, II, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, XI, XII and XIII are dismissed without prejudice. Because many of the defects do not seem curable, plaintiff is not granted leave to amend. If plaintiff wishes to amend any of the claims which the Court dismissed without prejudice, he will need to file a motion for leave to amend, alon g with a proposed amended complaint and a memorandum of law that explains how the proposed amended complaint cures the defects outlined in this decision.
