Filing 94 MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order: The motion to dismiss Miller's sixth amendment complaint (ECF No. 80 ) is granted in part, denied in part, and denied in part without prejudice as to Count Fifteen. Plaintiff's claims against Cook County alleged in the sixth amended complaint are dismissed. The ADA claims alleged in Count Three are dismissed as well. Because of the unusual complexities of this case, the court exercises its discretion to recruit new counsel to represent Miller wi th thanks to Mr. Tasch for his ardent efforts on Miller's behalf. A status conference is set for April 28, 2017, at 9:30 a.m. Also, to conform the docket to the live complaint, the clerk is directed to terminate the following four parties: defendant Officer Jalowski; defendant Samuel L.
