Under a tentative agreement of the parties, the discovery will not yet commence to allow a 60-day period for further settlement negotiations and another mediation session. So the case is stayed until 01/08/2018. If the parties are unable to resolve the case, the the following discovery schedule will apply, in conformity with the parameters set forth in R. 143. Defendant's answer due 02/05/2018. Plaintiffs shall issue their first-round of written discovery requests on the exemption issues by 02/12/2018. The same deadline applies to Plaintiffs' motion for leave to take discovery on the Establishment Clause issue. On the exemption discovery, the defense shall respond to the first requests by 03/19/2018.
