For the reasons stated in the accompanying Opinion and Order, the Court grants Watson's motion for entry of judgment 61 and enters judgment in favor of Watson and against Reliance Standard. Watson is entitled to monthly pa yments due under the terms of the Policy, as well as all back payments, plus prejudgment interest, compounded and retroactive to June 10, 2015. The parties shall meet and confer and submit a proposed judgment order to the Court consistent with this Opinion and Order containing an appropriate calculation of Watson's past due benefits, prejudgment interest, and attorneys' fees and costs by December 1, 2017. If the parties cannot come to an agreement concerning attorneys' fees and costs, they shall submit a proposed briefing schedule on the issue by the same date. Signed by the Honorable Sara L.
