OPINION AND ORDER. For the reasons stated in the accompanying Opinion and Order, the Court grants Settlement Funding's motion 181 and compels arbitration of Plaintiffs' claims against Settlement Funding. The Court stays Plaintiffs' claims against Settlement Funding pending resolution of the arbitration. The Court dismisses related case Settlement Funding, LLC v. Sanders, Case No. 14-6266 (N.D. Ill. filed August 14, 2014), as resolved by Case No. 14-9188's transfer to the Northern District of Illinois and the Courts order to compel arbitration as sought in the petition. OPINION AND ORDER. For the foregoing reasons, the Court grants in part and denies in part the JGWPT Defendants' motion to dismiss 179 and the Mack Defendants' motion to dismiss 183 . The Court reiterates that Plaintiffs' claims are dismissed with prejudice to the extent the claims rely on allegations that Illinois courts could not hear petitions for approval or that the Illinois courts' orders approving the transactions are void. The Court dismisses with prejudice Plaint iffs tortious interference with contract claim and conversion claim against the JGWPT Defendants. The Court dismisses Plaintiffs' conversion claim against the Mack Defendants with prejudice. The JGWPT Defendants and the Mack Defendants shall answer the remaining claims in the Third Amended Class Action Complaint by July 14, 2017.' Signed by the Honorable Sara L.
