Filing 108 OPINION AND ORDER. For the reasons stated in the accompanying Opinion and Order, the Court grants the County Defendants' motion to dismiss 90 and grants in part and denies in part the City Defendants' motion to dismiss 93 . The Court d ismisses the false arrest and false imprisonment claim against Davis (Count I), the due process claim against Cummings and Guerrero (Count II), and the indemnification claim against the County (Count VI) with prejudice. The Court orders Corcoran, Davis, and the City to answer the remaining allegations of the amended complaint by January 11, 2018. Signed by the Honorable Sara L.
