If Adam believes she can cure the deficiencies the Court has identified in her complaint, she should file a motion (of no more than five pages) for leave to amend her complaint by October 28, 2016. The motion should attach a proposed amended complaint and should explain how the proposed amended complaint cures the deficiencies in the curr ent complaint. OFA should not file a brief responding to Adams motion to amend (should she choose to file one) unless the Court requests it.
