MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER signed by the Honorable Matthew F. Kennelly on 3/8/2016: For the reasons stated in the accompanying decision, the Court denies defendants' motion to dismiss [dkt. no. 23]. Defendants are directed to answer the comp laint by no later than March 29, 2016. Both sides are to make Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures by the same date. A status hearing is set for April 4, 2016 at 8:45 a.m., in chambers (Room 2188). Prior to that date, counsel are to discuss and attempt to agree upon a discovery and pretrial schedule to propose to the Court. (mk)
