Filing 21 Enter ORDER: The Court grants Wells Fargos motion to dismiss (Dkt. No. 11) in its entirety. Berrys Fair Housing Act and Equal Credit Opportunity Act claims are dismissed without prejudice as untimely. Berrys Truth in Lending Act claim is dismissed w ith prejudice pursuant to Berrys voluntary withdrawal. The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the remainder of Berrys state law claims and dismisses them without prejudice.
