MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order: For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion and Order, Defendants' motions to dismiss 61 , 70 , are granted. Plaintiffs' amended complaint is dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiffs are granted leave to file a second amended complaint that remedies the deficiencies discussed in the Court's opinion by 10/22/2018. Plaintiffs' motion to strike or, in the alternative, to convert the motions into motions for summary judgment [ 75] is denied. Specifically, the Court denies the request to strike Exhibits I and J, and denies as moot the request to strike the remaining exhibits and for the alternative relief of converting the motions.
