Filing 89 MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order: For the reasons discussed in the attached memorandum opinion, Defendants' motion to dismiss 18 is granted with prejudice. Defendant's motion for sanctions 39 is granted. Plaintiff's motions for default 68 , 70 , 72 , 74 , 76 , 78 , 80 , 82 , 84 , 86 are denied. Defendants NSI and MLLG are directed to submit their calculation of reasonable fees and costs, with affidavits and other supporting documentation as needed, within 21 days of the entry of this order. The plaintiff must file any objections within 21 days thereafter, or any objections will be waived; Mustafa may include with her response information relevant to the question of her ability to pay an additional award of sanctions (beyond the award already imposed in the Eastern District of New York).
