MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order: The court finds that all remaining infringement issues are moot, reaffirms its decision denying lost profits damages, and orders Venture to pay Sunoco $6 million. Because all the patents-in-suit have expired, no inj unctive relief is necessary. The parties are ordered to file, within 21 days, another joint statement on the amount of prejudgment interest on the non-trebled ($2 million) reasonable royalty award.
