***Civil Case Terminated. (jdh) |
Filing 48 TRANSFERRED to the USDC, District of Maine the electronic record.(sxw, ) |
Filing 47 ORDER: This case is transferred to the United States District Court for the District of Maine forthwith. It is further ordered that the Clerk enter this order on the cases on the attached list and transfer all cases forthwith. Signed by the Honorable Elaine E. Bucklo on 3/7/2016. Mailed notice(sxw, ) |
Filing 46 ORDER: Various parties have filed a number of motions in these cases. As the parties were advised at the hearing on 12/23/15, the district judge in Maine wrote this court on 12/17/15, advising that motions to transfer these cases based on the chapter 11 bankruptcy proceeding in that court would be decided by him on 2/22/15. Based on the likelihood that the motions to transfer would be granted, I therefore deferred taking action on the pending motions. Judge Levy has now granted the motion to transfer in 15 C 8751, in an opinion that encompasses all of the pending cases before me. Accordingly, each of the motions before me is denied without prejudice to appropriate motions to be refiled in the United States District Court for the District of Maine. Signed by the Honorable Elaine E. Bucklo on 2/29/2016. Mailed notice (ao,) |
