Filing 163 OPINION AND ORDER. The Court grants in part and denies in part Defendants' motion for summary judgment 143 . The Court dismisses Dr. Obaisi as a party from this lawsuit with prejudice under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 25(a)(1). The Cour t also dismisses Sharif's claim for injunctive relief as moot. The Court enters judgment for Dr. Funk and Wexford. Sharif's deliberate indifference claim against Dr. Martija remains in the case, but Sharif cannot pursue punitive damages a gainst her. The Court sets a status date for July 29, 2020 at 9:30 a.m via teleconference. Throughout the telephonic hearing, each speaker will be expected to identify themselves for the record before speaking. Please note that the conference call-i n will be used by all cases that are on the court's calendar for the said date, therefore counsel must be in a quiet area while on the line and must have the telephone muted until your case is called.
