MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order: For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' motion to dismiss, 27 is denied in part and granted in part. The motion is denied with respect to Count I as to both of the defendants, granted with respect to Count II as t o Kourtesos, and denied with respect to Count II as to the District. Brown's Count II claim against Kouretsos is dismissed without prejudice. Should Brown believe she can cure the deficiencies described by the Court with respect to that claim, B rown should file a motion for leave to amend her complaint, including a proposed amended complaint, and supported by a brief detailing how the proposed amendments cure the deficiencies, by July 18, 2016.
