MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order signed by the Honorable Robert W. Gettleman on 11/2/2021: For the reasons set forth in the attached Opinion and Order, defendant Cade's motion 261 is denied, plaintiff's motion 265 is denied, and the C ook County defendants' motion 267 is granted in part and denied in part. Summary judgment is granted in favor of Nurse Bolden, Pharmacist Ajala, Officer Kirkwood, and Officer Palomino for Count I, and in favor of defendants on Counts II and I II. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and the consequent backlog of criminal and civil cases, the court is unable to set a trial date in this case at this time. The parties are directed to file a final pretrial order using this court's form on or before March 1, 2022. Answers to any motions in limine are to be filed on or before March 18, 2022. The court will set a pretrial conference after review of these filings. Mailed notice (cn).
