For the reasons stated in the Opinion, the motions to dismiss the claims against the Stateville Defendants [38, 62] and against Defendant Nicholson 69 are granted on timeliness grounds. The motion to dismiss is also granted as to Count Four 48 due to sovereign immunity. The motions to sever the claims against the Stateville Defendants and Illinois River Defendants [48, 61] are denied as moot in light of the dismissal of t he Stateville Defendants. The motions to transfer the remaining claims, which are all against Illinois River Defendants, to the Central District of Illinois [48, 61] are granted. The Clerk shall transfer this case to the Central District of Illinois. The status hearing of 12/07/2016 is vacated.Emailed notice(slb, )
