Radio One Inc.'s Motion for Fraudulent Transfer and Turnover Order 74 is denied without prejudice. Radio One Inc.'s Motion for Contempt 78 is granted in part and denied in part. Radio One's Motion is granted to the extent it seeks to hold DMP and Tucci in civil contempt. The Motion is denied to the extent it seeks to initiate a criminal contempt proceeding. The Court awards Radio One the following amounts entered against Tucci: (1) $154,500 and (2) reasonable attorneys' fees and costs for bringing the Contempt Motion.
