MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order signed by the Honorable Virginia M. Kendall on 1/31/2017. The Court grants the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Count IV (IIED) with respect to Defendants Rosenbaum, Bernhardt, Nieman, Hicks, Reza, Carrasco, Kohl, Dobro wolski, and Unknown Evanston Police Officers; Count VI (Trespass and Conversion) for all Defendants; and Count VIII (Respondeat Superior) with respect to Plaintiffs' Trespass and Conversion claim.
