Filing 6 ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #2 is granted. The Court orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to deduct $31.31 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk of Court as an initial partial payment of the filing fee, and to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The Clerk of Court shall send a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at the Dixon Correctional Center. However, summonses shall not issue. The complaint is dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiff is given until June 15, 2016 to submit an amended complaint, in accordance with this order. Plaintiff's failure to comply with this order will result in summary dismissal of this case. The Court defers ruling on Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #3 until after submission of an acceptable amended complaint.
