The dismissals of Counts 1 (as to Kim Webster-Campbell) and 3 are with leave to amend. The Court also strikes First Security's request for attorney's fees. The Court otherwise denies the motion to dismiss. The case is set for a status hearing on January 25, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. for the purpose of setting a discovery and pretrial schedule. (mk)
