MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order: For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion and Order, Seterus's Motion to Dismiss is granted as to Plaintiff's Promissory estoppel claim and Plaintiff's claim under ICFA. Seterus's Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's claim for breach of contract and Plaintiff's claims under RESPA are denied. MDK's Motion to Dismiss is granted as Plaintiff has failed to state a claim under the FDCPA. See Order for further details. Hearing set for 10/20/16 is stricken and no appearance is necessary.
