Walker may proceed on his evidence-fabrication claim as to the drugs , failure to intervene, unlawful pretrial detention, malicious prosecution, and intentional infliction of emotional distress against White, Reyes, and Flatley. Walker may proceed against Finnelly on fabrication of the photographs and intentional infl iction of emotional distress. The respondeat superior and indemnification claims survive summary judgment. Summary judgment is granted on all other claims and to all other defendants.
